Constructed using a hybrid approach of modularity and flat pack techniques that optimize the least amount of shipping carbon foot print. Your home is factory cut, numbered and packed according to your approved 3D drawings. 1. SIP’s panel construction (OSB Plywood Sandwiched by EPS Foam) to create a structural panel that is both energy efficient and termite resistant. R Value of the Homes meet and exceed R19 values for wall panels and R24 for Roof Panels.
2. Full Bathrooms including Shower, Vanity and Toilet. (Water resources and septic TBD by the lot).
3. Kitchenette with cabinets & electrical including.
4. Roll on Asphalt Roofing standard
5. Concrete Piers

Add On Options Include but are not limited to; 

1. Width of Home’ x 10' Front Lanai with and without overhead covering. Utilizes Synthetic wood decking, railings and entry steps.
2. Solar panes and battery systems for electrical.
3. Black water tanks, Grey water tanks, Water catchment tanks. All require pre ordering and have shipping delays
4. Gutter systems and filtering for catchment.

Our prefabricated flat pack and foldable models offer a fast cost effective solution to your ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) needs. Generally in Hawaii the requirements for ADU are that your lot must be at least 3,500 square feet. For lots that are 3,500 to 4,999 square feet, an ADU that is 400 square feet can be built. For lots that are 5,000 square feet or more, an ADU that is 800 square feet of living space can be built. You must currently have one complete dwelling or home on your lot.
